May I wish the school to keep this level of standard as long as possible.’ Background      Established in 1985, RAC initially provided the main course: to help or advise students further their education in every level. Later on, RAC started to focus      only on helping students who prepare to enter universities in order to give the students in the region a higher opportunity to compete nationwide.      RAC became the first Academic Center which has introduced the quality assurance system.
